Regional Manager (Early Years)

As our nursery group continues to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Regional Manager to join us — someone who is just as passionate about high-quality early years education as they are about strong, effective operations.

Founded in 2021, we have a clear and ambitious mission: to create the highest quality early years education group in the UK. Growth matters to us — but quality, leadership and doing things well matter even more.

This role is ideal for someone who:

• Has experience leading across multiple nursery settings
• Enjoys coaching and mentoring Nursery Managers and developing confident, capable leaders
• Is able to balance educational leadership with operational and commercial accountability
• Values being present in settings, building relationships and leading with positivity
• Is happy to travel across Worcestershire, Wiltshire and surrounding areas, as our group grows
