AI-Driven Change Lead for Adoption & Training

Flutter is seeking a Business Change Lead to drive change delivery across programmes in a multi‑location setting (Leeds, Dublin, London). You will ensure people are prepared and engaged, shaping communications, training and readiness to embed new tools and ways of working.

You will partner with leaders to coach sponsors, define success metrics, and ensure adoption across engineering, product and support teams, while aligning activities with Agile roadmaps.
