Associate Director — Local Government Highway Design & Delivery

WSP in the UK & Ireland is seeking an Associate Director to lead a range of Local Government highway and civil infrastructure projects in the South West. You will provide technical leadership, mentor junior staff, and manage multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality design solutions on time and within budget.

You will guide fee proposals, oversee client briefs and tenders, and drive innovation in a collaborative Exeter-based office, supported by colleagues across WSP’s network.
