We’re looking for a Senior SEO Manager to join a leading agency on an interim basis, supporting a portfolio of large client accounts across SEO performance, reporting and organic search strategy.
Role
You’ll take ownership of SEO reporting and analysis, helping clients understand their organic search performance and identifying opportunities for growth. This is a highly analytical and client-facing role, ideal for someone who enjoys turning data into actionable recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead SEO reporting and performance analysis across multiple client accounts
- Deliver monthly and quarterly reports, providing clear insights and recommendations
- Analyse organic traffic, rankings, SERP trends and search visibility
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, backlink reviews and content performance assessments
- Identify growth opportunities and build data‑led SEO recommendations
- Support the development of SEO business cases and strategic plans
- Manage reporting workstreams and dashboard projects within an agile environment
- Present findings and recommendations to internal and client stakeholders
Requirements
- Strong background in SEO analytics, reporting and performance measurement
- Confident presenting insights and recommendations to clients and stakeholders
- Hands‑on experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush and/or Ahrefs
- Experience building reports and dashboards in Looker Studio
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Up-to-date knowledge of SEO best practice, AI search developments and evolving search trends
