Senior Surveyor, Central London Office Property Management

Helix, a Hines Company, is seeking a Senior Surveyor to lead day-to-day property management for Central London offices from our Covent Garden head office. You will take ownership of client servicing, reporting and budgets, with a focus on maximizing value and minimizing voids.

The role requires MRICS or substantial commercial PM experience, strong stakeholder liaison, and in-depth lease and service charge knowledge. A full UK driving licence and strong Excel/Office skills are essential.
