UK Software House is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with extensive experience in deadline‑critical, complex software projects for external clients. The successful candidate will build key relationships between business functions and ensure technology requirements are identified and met, following an agile approach from inception to delivery and detailed user documentation.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships between business functions and technology teams.
• Identify and document technology requirements and deliver detailed user documentation.
• Plan and deliver activities in an agile way from analysis/specification, through user‑acceptance testing, to final delivery.
• Conduct requirement gathering, gap analysis, functional analysis and design.

Qualifications

• Client‑facing experience.
• Experience leading large, complex software development projects.
• Experience in project resource management.
• Experience in stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering and gap analysis.
• Proficiency in functional analysis and design.
• Recognised business analysis qualifications such as SSADM, ISEB or BCS are highly advantageous; knowledge of Agile methodology is preferred.
