This global software provider is a leading name within its industry and is experiencing an exciting period of growth and investment. Based in the East Midlands, we are looking for a Product Manager / Business Analyst to join an existing team focused on the creation of Microsoft / ERP applications.

Responsibilities

• Analyse the market to determine customer needs and market trends.
• Formulate the software development roadmap in collaboration with internal teams.
• Produce detailed specifications for new products as part of an agile development process.
• Work with development to review ongoing progress and ensure expectations are met.
• Liaise with software suppliers and partners to ensure interoperability.
• Travel internationally as required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Product Manager or Business Analyst with global software products.
• Strong requirement gathering, stakeholder management and application delivery experience.
• Client‑facing experience and ability to work at a senior level.
• Knowledge of MRP/ERP software is beneficial but not mandatory.

Benefits

Salary: £40,000–£45,000 + 25 days holiday. Role based in the East Midlands area, commutable from Burton, Derby and Chesterfield, accessible by public transport.
