Store Team Lead, Optics & Customer Experience

Boots Opticians in Chelmsford is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a team and deliver an exceptional customer journey across the store. You will partner with the Store Manager to execute the commercial plan and drive improvements in service and store operations.

The role covers clinical activities such as patient pre-screening, dispensing and accuracy checks, and involves rota planning, performance reviews and development of colleagues through Boots’ training programmes.
