• Number 1 Site Manager on an £11m new build project
• Manage and enforce Health and Safety
• Quality monitoring
• Subcontractor management
• Manage day-to-day activity
• Programme management

The Person

• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certifications
• Demolition experience preferred
• Steel frame new build experience
• Good communication skills
• IT literate
