As Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for the overall performance of the store, leading from the front to deliver exceptional customer service, strong commercial results and a positive team culture. You’ll be a hands on leader who enjoys being on the shop floor, developing people and driving standards every day.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Taking ownership of the store’s commercial performance and day to day operations
- Leading, coaching and developing a high performing team
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience at every opportunity
- Driving sales, productivity and operational excellence
- Creating a positive, engaging and inclusive store culture
- Maintaining high visual merchandising and operational standards
- Managing stock, rotas and store administration
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Store Manager within a retail environment
- Strong Assistant Managers looking for a step up will also be considered
- A passionate people leader with a track record of developing teams
- Commercially aware with the ability to drive sales and performance
- Hands on, energetic and customer focused
- Strong organisational and communication skills
