Deputy Director of Development & Major Gifts

Brighton College seeks a Deputy Director, Head of Development to lead and shape the school’s philanthropic strategy, driving major gifts and campaigns across the community. You will manage key donor relationships, oversee fundraising operations, and contribute to the overall Development and Engagement Office strategy.

The role requires senior fundraising experience, strategic vision, and the ability to work with Trustees, parents, alumni and trusts.
