Senior Business Analyst for a UK software house, working on deadline‑critical complex software projects for external clients. The role requires a naturally critical thinker who can challenge assumptions and get to the core of business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Build key relationships between business functions and ensure technology requirements are identified and met.
• Deliver activities following an agile way of working from inception through analysis or specification, user‑acceptance testing and delivery of detailed user documentation.
• Manage project resources and stakeholder engagement.
• Conduct requirements gathering and gap analysis, functional analysis, and design.

Qualifications:

• Client‑facing experience.
• Experience on large, complex software development projects.
• Experience with project resource management.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Requirements gathering and functional analysis experience.
• Recognised business analysis qualifications such as SSADM, ISEB or BCS; knowledge of Agile methodology highly advantageous.
