Strategic Operations Director – Part Time

The Sanger Institute invites an experienced leader to join HDR UK Cambridge as Director of Operations and Strategy on a part-time basis. You will guide the operational and strategic agenda, moderating multi-institutional collaborations and budgets while reporting to senior scientific leadership.

Hybrid working is offered; approximately 0.5 FTE (18.5 hours per week) with flexible patterns. A science or business degree (MBA) and strong leadership are essential for this role at HDR UK Cambridge.
