Strategic Training & Compliance Lead

hireful is seeking a Training and Compliance Lead to drive the organisation’s training, competence and compliance learning. The role is hybrid with offices in Peterborough or Bradford, 35 hours per week, Monday–Friday, and a salary of £48,397 per annum.

You will develop and maintain competency frameworks, own the mandatory training framework, manage qualification pathways, and produce regulatory reports while partnering with leaders to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
