Northwest Refurbishment Site Manager – Multi-Project Lead

Construction Resources seeks an experienced Site Manager to oversee multiple refurbishment and maintenance projects across the Northwest. You will manage site teams, subcontractors and ensure programmes are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

This role requires strong leadership, communication and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on quality and client satisfaction across Social Housing, Commercial, Healthcare, Education and Heritage sectors.
