Deal Operations Lead — Revenue Velocity & Quotes

• Optimize Revenue Velocity and Sales Efficiency• Facilitate the complex Quote-to-Order process• Provide escalatory analytical and process support for complex, non-standard enterprise deals• Review contract booking submissions for accuracy and completeness• Enforce standard operating procedures and compliance workflows while delivering a highly professional customer experience

Requirements

• 2+ years of deal operations, order processing, or contract management experience within a technology, hardware, or software environment
• Proven capability to manage multi-stakeholder approval workflows under tight timelines and pressure
• Solid foundational understanding of contractual agreements, revenue recognition principles, and basic logistics
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with absolute discretion when handling sensitive financial data
• Hands-on technical proficiency with Salesforce.com, Google Suite, Excel, and Domo analytics dashboards
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a closely related commercial discipline
