Chief Executive — Growth Leader for High-Impact Youth Charity

Strength and Learning Through Horses (SLTH) is a London-based charity transforming the lives of vulnerable young people through equine-assisted therapy and education services. As Chief Executive, you will lead the organisation into its next chapter from our Barnet site, reporting to the Board and driving strategic development, income growth and governance.

This hybrid role (0.8 FTE, 4 days per week) requires stakeholder engagement, financial oversight and a passion for safeguarding.
