We believe that through collaboration and connection with our colleagues we can achieve great things. Our hybrid working approach allows our people to work both in the office and at home, providing the flexibility and resources you need to succeed in your role. We don’t require you to be in on specific days; instead, we ask people to come into the office 2–3 days each week, for at least 8 days per month. You should work with your line manager to understand what their expectations are for you, your specific role and your team.
What You’ll Do
- You’ll thoughtfully lead and guide procurement and commercial strategy for a key account, balancing cost, quality, and long-term value
- You’ll take ownership of end-to-end contract journeys—gently steering everything from negotiations and onboarding to renewals and transitions
- You’ll build trusted, authentic relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders, creating a culture of collaboration and shared success
- You’ll partner with commercial and account teams to identify growth opportunities and support sustainable account development
- You’ll approach negotiations with confidence and empathy, finding solutions that work for everyone involved
- You’ll proactively care for supplier performance, ensuring compliance while fostering resilience and continuity
- You’ll anticipate risks early, thoughtfully putting in place supportive mitigation and contingency plans
- You’ll play an active role in audits and governance, ensuring ethical, secure, and inclusive practices across the supply chain
- You’ll use insights and data to encourage continuous improvement and help shape a forward-looking procurement function
