Head of AI, Analytics & Data Science — IWR Growth

Aviva is seeking a Head of AI, Analytics and Data Science to lead end-to-end capability across Aviva’s IWR business. You will shape data strategy, prioritise high-impact initiatives and drive measurable business value through AI and analytics at enterprise scale.

You will oversee a ~65-strong team, partner with senior leaders to embed data-driven decision making, ensure responsible AI governance and align with Group to scale reuse and impact across Aviva.
