Salary Grade 8 £39,152 – £42,839 per annum
Full Time, 37 hours per week
Fixed term Maternity Cover 12 months

We’re looking for a Transformation Business Partner to join our team during a pivotal period of change, supporting services to strengthen capability, improve ways of working and prepare for Local Government Reorganisation (LGR). Working across people, processes and systems, you’ll partner with teams to deliver practical, sustainable improvements that enhance performance, build confidence and support future‑ready service delivery.
What you’ll be doing
- Partnering with managers and teams to deliver transformation and improvement initiatives.
- Leading and facilitating process improvement workshops.
- Using data, insight and feedback to identify opportunities and drive improvement.
- Building capability within teams to lead change, improve performance and adopt new ways of working.
What we’re looking for
We’re keen to hear from people with experience in transformation, OD, service improvement or change, who can:
- Work confidently with managers, teams and senior stakeholders
- Facilitate conversations that lead to better decisions and improved performance.
- Use initiative, build strong relationships and drive improvement activities through to completion. OR the initiative and drive to make things happen.

Please note: This role is primarily based at our Worksop offices, and we anticipate you’ll be onsite at least three days per week to collaborate closely with managers and teams.
