We are working with an established equities-focused hedge fund, with a strong track record of performance, who are looking to hire into a newly created junior operations role – due to strong growth.
The successful candidate will join a lean team responsible for the firm’s full post-trade operations function. There will also be scope to get involved in automation, process improvement and wider efficiency projects, so coding skills would be beneficial.
Prior experience at a prime broker, investment bank or hedge fund, ideally within corporate actions, swaps or broader operations. Candidates should have strong equities product exposure, while hands‑on experience using Claude or similar AI tools to improve workflow efficiency would be a plus. A degree from a top university, with a 2:1 or above in a relevant subject, is essential.
