FP&A Manager & Finance Business Partner – Revenue Growth

SRM Recruitment is partnering with a PE-backed organisation in real estate to recruit an FP&A Manager. The role oversees FP&A across a multi-country platform, owning the annual budget, rolling forecast and monthly reporting, with exposure to the Group CFO and oversight of a Junior Analyst.

The role focuses on revenue operations, pricing analytics, and implementing a modern finance stack including Power BI and AI-driven insights, in a high-visibility environment in Central London.
