Senior Financial Reporting Leader – ARA & IFRS

The Beauty Tech Group is seeking a Senior Financial Reporting Manager to drive the group’s external reporting cycle, including ARA and Half-Year Interims, for a UK listed plc. You will lead a small team, manage timelines, and coordinate input from Finance, Company Secretarial, Investor Relations and advisers.

You will oversee consolidation across international entities, ensure audit readiness, and maintain policy documentation while supporting governance and compliance programs.
