Trostan Dene is seeking a high-calibre Investment Funds Associate/Senior Associate (4–7 PQE) to join its market-leading London team. You will advise on private funds, cross-border launches, and complex fund transactions across asset classes, working with a global sponsor and asset manager network.

The role offers exposure to a broad fund lifecycle and a collaborative environment within an elite US law firm’s London hub, including secondaries and continued fund structures.
