It is a significant launch, and you can help shape it.You will run finance for EvaEsi through launch: payroll, budgets, cash planning, payments and the revenue reporting that tells us how the business is really doing. The role starts hands-on and grows with the company.What we look for## Qualifications.* Have run finance for a company or a business unit, from budgets through to reporting.* Comfortable being the first finance hire and setting things up properly.* Careful, accurate and straightforward about numbers.* Bring an open mind and genuine readiness for a learning curve.* Are results oriented and comfortable taking responsibility for outcomes.* Are willing to adapt and try new ideas.Bonus## Nice to have.* Payroll, VAT and UK company finance.* Subscription or usage-based revenue reporting.* Stripe or comparable payment platforms and reconciliation.* Cash and runway planning for a growing company.Process## How the process runs.Each application is reviewed directly.
