Key Responsibilities
This role is built for someone ready to step beyond “good analyst” into “credible business voice.” You’ll:
- partner directly with the Exec Team
- work closely with the CFO and Head of Finance
- influence operators across 18+ dynamic venues
- shape reporting, forecasting, commercial insight and strategy
You’ll own:
- the company‑wide forecasting model
- commercial reporting for finance, operations and optimisation teams
- budgeting cycles
- data‑driven decision support
- 13‑week cash flow
- margin analysis, profitability, KPIs
- investment cases, ROI and capex evaluation
Qualifications
Someone who is:
- Newly qualified ACA/CIMA/ACCA or 1‑3 years post‑qualified
- Already strong analytically, commercially aware, and ready for more
- Looking to build on their commercial finance/FP&A experience and into their first manager role
- Motivated by influence, responsibility and visibility
- Interested in an exciting, growing consumer brand
- Ready to step out of “support mode” and into “commercial decision‑maker mode”
