Senior AI Engineer — Production Health AI (Equity)

Srotas Health is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to build production-grade AI systems for clinical research. You will work on RAG, agentic workflows, and large-scale data pipelines across EHRs, PDFs, and clinician workflows, delivering reliable, scalable solutions used by researchers and healthcare providers.

You will own end-to-end architecture, evaluate models and tooling, optimize latency and cost, and collaborate with a small, high-ownership team to push the frontier of agentic AI in healthcare.
