Technical Operations Manager – Multi-Site Facilities Lead

Mitie Group plc. is seeking a Technical Operations Manager for the TfL Contract – Pier Walk. This full-time, permanent role reports to Head of Technical and is based at TfL.

The role leads and delivers high-quality technical services across a diverse facilities management portfolio, coordinating static and mobile engineering teams. You will ensure compliance, manage budgets and overtime, drive improvements, maintain documentation via CAFM, and build strong client and contractor relationships.
