Senior Software Engineering Manager – up to £130k + Benefits
We have an opportunity for a Senior Engineering Manager to directly influence a high performing software engineering team as part of an innovative software company delivering interactive SaaS and Robotics products. Previous experience in start‑up or scale‑up environments is highly desirable.
This is a pivotal role in a team that is growing and will help shape how the business scale their product set moving forward. A hands‑on engineering background and a positive approach to AI tooling adoption are essential requirements.
The business offers hybrid working options with offices in the Southeast.
Required experience:
- Current experience in a people leadership role, able to demonstrate effectively leading senior engineers
- Previously influenced technical architecture / System architecture decisions
- An engineering background – willingness to remain close to the tech and enable senior engineers to work effectively in a modern tech stack
- DevOps experience and process leadership – AWS or GCP
- A mixed product background is preferred; software, hardware, Cloud, robotics
- Excellent communicator, able to influence at all levels of a business
The company has offices in the southeast, commutable from London, Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Hertfordshire locations.
