Responsibilities

• Lead an Agile/Scrum team of developers.
• Full line management of the team including work planning, recruitment, general wellbeing, and one‑to‑one meetings.
• Contribute to strategy planning, defining vision, and implementation of best practices.
• Influence technology strategy for future development.
• Hands‑on development with deep expertise in C#, .Net, .Net Core, MVC, web, and SQL Server.
• Architectural roadmap planning and execution.
• Work with UX/UI design documents and ensure responsive, adaptive design.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in developing high‑availability software applications.
• Expert understanding of C#, .Net, .Net Core, Microservices, REST API, SOAP, MVC, Web, and SQL Server.
• Strong understanding of full‑stack development and responsive/adaptive design.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Coaching and development of team members.
