Lead Software Development Manager – C#.Net, Agile, Hands-on

Ascent People Ltd. is seeking a Development Manager to lead an expanding software development function in the West Midlands. The role entails an 80/20 split between line management and hands-on coding in a C# .Net Core and ASP.Net environment.

You will work closely with Scrum Managers, Project Managers and Product Owners in an Agile Scrum setting to deliver high-quality software, mentor engineers and shape the team’s growth during a period of expansion and investment.
