Project Manager – Grid Automation

Overview

• Leading projects through all stages of delivery, from transfer and planning to commissioning, warranty, and close-out.
• Managing customer expectations by acting as the main point of contact for contract execution.
• Coordinating with engineering, logistics, sourcing, procurement, and finance to keep delivery aligned and efficient.
• Monitoring project performance, including cost, cash, margin, schedule, safety, and quality.
• Preparing clear forecasts, reports, and project reviews to support decision-making and business performance.
• Supporting continuous improvement by sharing lessons learned and helping strengthen team capability.
• Promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with company processes and standards.

Requirements

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and keep complex projects moving forward.
• Capability to communicate clearly and build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Understanding of project controls, financial tracking, and commercial delivery.
• Expertise in leading project teams and coordinating across technical and business functions.
• Keen interest in grid automation, protection and control systems, or energy infrastructure.
