The Opportunity
You’ll be joining a high-performing engineering team responsible for designing and building the core platform that powers a fast-growing global business.
What You’ll Do
- Building scalable backend services
- Designing distributed systems that operate at scale
- Developing APIs supporting high volumes of traffic
- Building reliable transaction and workflow services
- Improving platform performance, resilience and scalability
- Taking products from concept through to production
Responsibilities
- Building backend services using Node.js and TypeScript
- Solve complex performance and scalability challenges
- Contribute to technical architecture and engineering best practices
- Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
- Mentor engineers and promote high technical standards
- Ship high-quality software in a fast-moving environment
What We’re Looking For
- Strong commercial experience with Node.js and TypeScript
- Experience building scalable backend platforms
- A product mindset and customer-first approach
- Experience working within high-growth technology businesses
- Startup or scale-up experience with a high level of ownership
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
- An interest in AI and modern software engineering
