Overview

An exciting global development team is looking for a Development Manager to lead an expanding software development function during a period of growth and investment. The role is 80/20 split between line management and hands‑on coding.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small software development team, including hiring, firing, code reviews, mentoring and team well‑being.
• Work alongside Scrum Managers, Project Managers, Product Owners and Team Leads in an Agile Scrum environment.
• Maintain an 80/20 balance of management duties and coding responsibilities within a C# .Net Core and ASP.Net environment.
• Ensure high quality deliverables, continuous improvement and adherence to best practices.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of commercial experience managing and growing a successful software development team in C# .Net Core and ASP.Net.
• Full‑stack development skills and a deep understanding of the .Net technology stack.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving, communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment.
