Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior or Lead Full Stack Engineer
- Strong commercial experience with Golang (Go) as a primary focus
- Experience with spec-driven or agentic development approaches
- Advanced frontend expertise with Vue.js and Nuxt.js
- Strong JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS skills
- Experience designing and building RESTful APIs and microservices
- Familiarity with gRPC for service-to-service communication
- Solid experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases
- Proficiency with Git and modern development workflows
- Experience with containerisation and deployment tools
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy scalable, high-quality applications across the full stack
- Architect and develop robust backend services using Golang (Go)
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices
- Contribute to modern, responsive frontend applications using Vue.js and Nuxt.js
- Write clean, maintainable, and well‑documented code following best practices
- Work cross‑functionally with product managers, designers, and engineers
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering standards
- Optimise applications for speed, scalability, and reliability
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across systems
- Ensure systems are resilient under high traffic and large‑scale usage
- Implement and maintain automated testing across the stack
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues
- Ensure high levels of system stability and user experience
- Stay current with emerging technologies and development approaches
- Contribute to evolving engineering processes, tooling, and practices
- Support adoption of AI‑assisted and spec‑driven development workflows
