Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 per annum + benefits

Overview

Highly successful British software house is looking for a Software Development Team Leader to head one of its Agile/Scrum teams, leveraging a strong technology stack of ASP.Net, C#, WEB API, Angular, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript. The role combines hands‑on development with full line‑management responsibility for a team of four.

Responsibilities

• Influence technology decisions and drive future development direction.
• Lead and mentor an Agile/Scrum team of developers.
• Ensure delivery of high‑quality web applications and services according to project timelines.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product owners, and stakeholders to produce responsive, adaptive solutions.
• Maintain and evolve RESTful web services and full‑stack solutions.

Qualifications & Skills

• Passion for web application development and emerging technologies.
• Expertise in ASP.Net, C#, WEB API, Angular, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and JSON.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and line‑management.
• Background in RESTful web services and full‑stack development.
