Oracle HCM Developer — Remote UK, Transform HR Systems

Spire Healthcare Limited is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Developer to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis with remote (UK) work options. The role supports and enhances our Oracle HCM platform, collaborating with HR and Payroll to implement system improvements and new functionality.

You will work on Recruiting (ORC), Learn and Core HR modules, develop OTBI/BI Publisher reports, and configure business requirements while ensuring data security and optimal user experience.
