Room Leader – Lead a Welsh Curriculum Nursery Room

Kids Planet Conwy is seeking a Room Leader to lead a nursery room, ensuring high-quality care and education in line with the Welsh curriculum. You will support the team, promote professional development, and build strong relationships with children and families to meet individual needs.

The role requires Level 3 in a UK recognised early years qualification, with safeguarding knowledge and a strong understanding of the Welsh curriculum. The position is on-site in Conwy, Wales.
