Requirements
- We are looking for an experienced Lead Data Scientist or Senior Data Scientist with previous leadership experience.
- We need strong skills in Python, SQL, and either R or a similar analytical language.
- We need experience in machine learning, predictive modelling, and statistical analysis.
- We need experience with Databricks or comparable cloud-based analytics platforms.
- We need experience with Tableau, Power BI, or other data visualisation tools.
- We need experience working with cloud data platforms, data lakes, and enterprise data warehouses.
- We need experience leading and developing technical teams.
- We need the ability to communicate complex analytical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- We are looking for someone who is naturally inquisitive, commercially minded, and focused on delivering business value through data.
Responsibilities
- We will lead, mentor, and develop a team of Data Scientists and Analysts.
- We will deliver advanced analytics, predictive modelling, and machine learning solutions to solve complex business challenges.
- We will identify opportunities where AI and data science can create measurable business improvements.
- We will translate business requirements into scalable analytical solutions.
- We will work alongside Data Engineering and BI teams to deploy and maintain production-ready models.
- We will champion innovation by evaluating emerging technologies and best practices within data science and AI.
- We will present analytical findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders across the organisation.
- We will drive continuous improvement across analytical capability, governance, and delivery.
