Explosives Materials Scientist – 9-Day Fortnight, Onsite Lab

AWE is seeking an experienced Scientist to join the Explosives Characterisation and Compatibility (XCC) Team at Aldermaston. The role focuses on characterising explosive materials using thermal, chemical, and compatibility assessment methods to support programme requirements.

You will develop and validate analytical methods, deliver high-quality data, and work on a fast-paced lab with strong safety and quality culture.
