Restorative Family Practitioner for Children & Families

Service Care Solutions Ltd is recruiting a Family Practitioner (Children’s Services) on a full-time contract for an initial two-week period. You will work in district-based Children’s Services teams delivering restorative, strengths-based support to help children remain safely within family networks.

You will work directly with children, young people, families, carers and partner agencies—carrying out Early Help Assessments, interventions, life story work and maintaining accurate case records.
