Mental Health & Learning Disabilities Clinical Lead | Hybrid London

Leaders in Care is seeking a Mental Health Clinical Lead to oversee a portfolio of community-based Mental Health and Learning Disability packages across South London and Surrey. You will ensure safe, effective, person-centred care delivery and operate within strong governance frameworks.

The role requires RMN or RNLD qualification with active NMC registration and at least two years post-registration experience, plus experience with Autism and challenging behaviours.
