Civil Litigation Lawyer – 2+ Years PQE, West Midlands

This legal practice is a well-established disputes team operating in the West Midlands. We are experiencing a growth phase and are looking for a Civil Litigation Solicitor / Legal Executive to join our supportive team and handle a variety of property and debt recovery matters.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in mediations and court proceedings.
• Manage your own caseload of litigation matters.
• Draft and review legal documents.
• Provide client advice on property disputes, landlord and tenant matters, and debt recovery.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience as a Civil Litigation Solicitor.
• Experience in handling your own caseload of litigation matters.
• Strong drafting, advocacy and client advisory skills.
