Senior Corporate & Commercial Lawyer – Digital Delivery

Exchange House Services Ltd – Belfast is seeking a Senior Solicitor with strong corporate and commercial experience to lead our legal team in Belfast. You will supervise solicitors, trainees and analysts, drive pricing, and support business development initiatives.

You will apply a solid general corporate foundation, guidance on AI-enabled due diligence, and help develop processes for the wider team. The role reports to the senior management and requires at least 3 years PQE in corporate work.
