Senior Manager International Tax (In-House)

We are supporting a multinantional group looking for an International Tax Advisory SM/Director to join their team.

This is fully advisory led role – focusing on corporate transactions, M&A, financing, structuring and planning.

You will join a genuinley lovely tax team, offering a track-record of growth and progession.

The role will cover:

• International tax advisory
• Transactions
• Transfer pricing and Pillar II work

What we are looking for:

• Strong international tax background – either from an in-house or Big 4/Law firm background
• Strong UK corporate tax knowledge
