Head of Litigation – Solicitor/Legal Exec (Hybrid, Devon)

Axminster, Devon-based law firm seeks an experienced Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive to step into Head of Department. You will manage a broad civil and commercial caseload with autonomy, while working in a hybrid model. The role offers leadership growth, a supportive team, and clear opportunities for progression.

Previous supervision is not required as training will be provided. Applicants should have 3+ years’ PQE in litigation; supervisory experience is advantageous but not essential.
