The Role
For 9 months, you’ll have genuine ownership of a global marketing function: leading events strategy across Europe and North America, running ABM programmes alongside international sales teams, and managing HubSpot operations. This position is a great opportunity to join a highly collaborative global marketing team in promoting AdaCore’s tools and services that ease the complex and difficult process of developing high‑integrity software.
Role Details

- Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract (Parental Leave Cover)
- Location: Bristol
- Hybrid: Work from home policy up to 3 days max at home (subject to change during onboarding period and/or during events seasons)
Responsibilities
- Global Events: Take ownership of AdaCore’s global events programme (physical and virtual), coordinating participation in key industry conferences and delivering measurable ROI in the form of MQLs and SQLs.
- Email Marketing & Automation: Lead all aspects of email marketing using HubSpot – campaigns, automated workflows, performance analysis, and continuous optimisation.
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Collaborate closely with US and EMEA sales teams to drive targeted engagement and pipeline growth through focused ABM programmes.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain cohesive brand and communication standards across all marketing materials and channels, working with external creative partners as needed.
- Collaboration & Support: Work closely with the wider marketing team to align activities across campaigns, events, and digital initiatives, providing support where needed.
- Mentoring: Mentor the marketing intern in collaboration with the Head of Marketing.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally with exposure to global or multi‑market campaigns.
- A track record of delivering marketing campaigns confidently and independently.
- Strong communicator, relationship builder, and comfortable working across sales, marketing, and senior stakeholders in different geographies.
- Highly organised with excellent prioritisation skills. You know how to manage competing demands without dropping the ball.
- Hands‑on experience with HubSpot or a comparable marketing automation platform.
- Comfortable with travel to conferences and AdaCore offices, predominantly in Europe, with some in North America.
- A background in high‑tech or engineering‑adjacent industries is a bonus but curiosity and adaptability matter more.
