Locum Palliative Medicine Consultant – 24/7 Home Care Lead

Sandwell and West Birmingham Hospitals NHS Trust is recruiting a specialist in palliative medicine to join the ConnectedPalliativecare service. The post combines hospital and community care, including 24/7 rapid response and coordination for end-of-life care.

You will work across inpatient sites and in domiciliary settings, contributing to quality improvement and multidisciplinary MDTs while leading subspecialist interests aligned to the service strategy.
