Job Description
At TJX Europe, this role is a 15-month fixed-term contract. The Occupational Health & Wellbeing Manager will develop and deliver our Occupational Health provision across the UK and Ireland. From partnering with providers and improving processes, to supporting complex cases and guiding HR teams, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the right support is in place when it matters most.
You’ll use data to spot trends, inspire change, and help us build a more proactive, inclusive approach to wellbeing—including areas such as reasonable adjustments and neurodiversity support.
