Supervision Senior Manager

We are looking for a Supervision Senior Manager to join the Independent Football Regulator (IFR).

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis of clubs.
• Process applications for licences.
• Monitor ongoing compliance with licence conditions and rules.
• Serve as focal point for managing IFR’s relationship with the clubs it regulates.
• Oversee day‑to‑day supervisory activity, including account management of individual clubs.
• Help to set the overall supervision strategy and work with policy colleagues on changes to the regulatory framework.
• Develop the supervision function within the new organisation, building capability and operational processes and controls necessary to ensure effective oversight of clubs.
